"I've been trying for 2 weeks and made three phone calls to get progress, any progress on a homeowner's policy and it's gone nowhere. I call in on promise someone will return a call no one ever does. And I explained the house is currently not insured therefore it's essential to move quickly to get the house protected. Yet I have not had anyone seem to care at all. As I said I have had zero inbound calls and zero inbound interest in helping me. If they don't want to offer a policy just say so. But when it's obvious they don't respect my time or value my time in that I'm attempting to give them business is unacceptable."
